The Virtual Trade Binder – Pokémon Bank

At the moment, you cannot easily trade with other players on the 3DS Pokémon Games (XY, ORAS, and SM). Nintendo 3DS servers formally ended in 2024, meaning your only option to trade would be to do a local trade within in the same room. There are projects in place to pseudo-restore those servers unofficially, but nothing currently in place.

I do expect that fanmade servers will eventually go live, perhaps through Pretendo or however the DNS exploit works in Gens 4 and 5 (honestly I don't understand how it works and I've tried reading through that three times, it just does). However, at the moment, there's no server to use.

For the moment, this page is a placeholder. When those servers do begin, I'll formally organize what I have and upload my little charts here. Until then, this page explains why I need a placeholder in the first place (and hopefully manifests servers going live soon).
