Pokémon are normally generated before the map even loads, but Massive Mass Outbreaks delays Pokémon generation until after parts of a Massive Mass Outbreak have dispersed. This is a collection of notes regarding which Pokémon can be shiny hunted by saving before these Pokémon are generated and "regenerating" their spawns.
