Links & Resources

Random bits and bobs I'd recommend, ones that don't fit elsewhere. Sorted in alphabetical order by category, then by resource.

HTML

Catbox.moe
Free image hosting. Caps at 200MB.

HugeIcons.com
This is where I "made" the BlueSky and Reddit icons you can see in the sidebar to the right. They're free.

Petrapixel Layout Generator
I used this generator for the basic layout. Added some stuff myself, and you have to edit the layouts of course, but still this version of Rukinations is mostly thanks to Petrapixel.

Ruki's HTML Resources
My collection of HTML resources for my needs. This isn't an HTML cheat-cheat, just specific things I spent way too long figuring out how to make myself.

Pokémon Links

Pokémon Database — Pokémon Sprite Database
This is where I get my Pokémon sprites from. You can get sprites from any generation, any status, any game, etc. Each sprite also has a nifty little tool that shows you how to add them with HTML, BBCode, and Markdown.

Pokémon Showdown — Damage Calculator
A damage calculator. Does not as of writing have a way to indicate Plus Moves in Z-A, those moves should inflict about an extra 20% damage.

Supereffective, since renamed to PokéPC
PokéPC is a website that helps you track Pokémon collections. I normally use it for its Living Dex simulator, but it also has a built-in Pokédex that lets you select different Pokémon and check which games they can be encountered in and where. They also have a PC simulator to track your collections if you sign up with their Patreon, though I haven't used that myself yet.

Productivity Stuff

Bullet Journal
I use a bullet journal to keep track of my tasks and projects. Most people, myself included, don't use the same original system as the actual Bullet Journal company, but this is still where I get most of the ideas I use in my hardcover.

See also most YouTube channels dedicated to planning and Bullet Journals. The easiest minimalist set-up I've seen was uploaded by Pick Up Limes on YouTube, and all the basic spreads I use are either the same spreads she uses or a slightly tweaked version.
